How do I enroll in a Traxeno course?

Create an account, choose your course, and complete checkout. You’ll receive instant access and a welcome email with next steps.

Tip: Use the same email across purchases to keep your progress unified.

Where can I access my purchased courses?

Log in to your dashboard and open “My Courses”. Access works on desktop and mobile browsers. We recommend the latest Chrome, Safari, or Firefox.

What is your refund policy?

We offer a 14‑day no‑questions‑asked refund if you’ve completed fewer than 20% of the course. Contact support with your order ID.

Note: Bundle purchases follow the same timeline but require returning all items.

Yes. After finishing all required lessons and quizzes, you can generate a shareable certificate including your name, course title, and completion date.

Are there discounts or student pricing?
