By accessing or using the Traxeno News Courses platform, mobile experiences, or related services (collectively, “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Services.

You represent and warrant that you have the authority to agree to these Terms, and that you are at least the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction or have valid consent of a legal guardian.

1. Do not misuse the Services, including attempting unauthorized access, interfering with normal operations, or using automated tools to scrape content beyond what is permitted.
2. Do not upload, post, or transmit content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, harassing, hateful, or otherwise objectionable.
3. Respect intellectual property rights and only submit content for which you have the necessary permissions.
4. Do not engage in fraud, impersonation, or misrepresentation of your identity or affiliation.
5. Do not distribute malware, spyware, or other malicious code; refrain from activities that compromise security or privacy.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any actual or suspected unauthorized use or security breach.

We may require multi-factor authentication or impose reasonable security measures to safeguard accounts and the Services.

Fees are displayed prior to purchase and are subject to applicable taxes. By providing a payment method, you represent that you are authorized to use it and authorize us (and our payment processors) to charge it for the selected Services on a one-time or recurring basis.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled in accordance with the applicable plan terms. Access may be suspended for non-payment.

All materials, software, course content, text, graphics, and trademarks available through the Services are owned by or licensed to Traxeno and are protected by intellectual property laws. You obtain a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

You retain ownership of content you create and submit, but you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, and display it as necessary to operate the Services. You are responsible for your content and for complying with all applicable laws and these Terms.

We may moderate or remove content and suspend or terminate accounts for violations, at our sole discretion.

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Traxeno disclaims all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Traxeno shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or harms other users, us, or third parties.

Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. Certain provisions by their nature will survive termination, including intellectual property, indemnification, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

These Terms and any disputes arising out of or related to them will be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction of our principal place of business, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

We may revise these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective when posted, unless otherwise stated. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
